Delete your Kudobo account and data

1. Send a request

Use the button below or email kudoboapp@gmail.com with the subject “Kudobo Account Deletion Request”. Include the account email and whether you want the entire account, a particular child profile or specific data deleted.

2. Verify ownership

If necessary, we will request reasonable confirmation that you own the account or have parental authority over the profile. Do not send a password, login code or identity document with your initial message.

3. Receive a response

We will review your request without undue delay, usually within one month. If a legally permitted extension is needed, we will explain why within that period. We will confirm the outcome or explain why specific records must be retained.

What does the request cover?

Where applicable and held, full account deletion covers account data, associated child profiles, settings, progress and achievements. You can also request deletion of correspondence or specific data only. Where needed, we will clarify the scope before irreversible deletion.

If law or a legal claim requires retaining particular records, we will explain which records, the basis and applicable period. This site has no account database or game archives. Retention and backup arrangements for a future app will be described before it launches.
